Join the Minute Menu Team at the CCFP Roundtable Conference

Minute Menu is excited to be part of the CCFP Roundtable Conference taking place in Sacramento, California on October 28-30, 2013. We are a conference sponsor and will be offering a number of workshops and training classes. While you can view complete workshop descriptions and details on the CCFP Roundtable web site, here are some highlights:

  • Discuss the results of the CACFP paperwork reduction survey, and discover ways to have less paperwork in your program, with Jodi Kuhn (Knowledge Universe, OR) and Natalie Clark (Minute Menu Systems, LLC, TX).
  • Learn how to create or enhance your CACFP website with Samantha Daleiden Marshall (Minute Menu Systems, LLC, CA). Discussions and demonstrations will focus on creating original, engaging content such as videos, info graphics, calendars, pictures, flyers, and more.
  • Become part of a CACFP community that spans the nation in the ChildCareInfo.com “The CACFP and you” workshop. Learn how to connect with this community, and how doing so will benefit your program.
  • Do you think social media has nothing to do with CACFP? Think again. Samantha Daleiden Marshall will offer two workshops that are all about social media (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+, LinkedIn, etc.) and the CACFP. The first workshop will focus on determining the right media for you, and the second will focus on how to use social media effectively.
  • Finally, the Minute Menu team will offer a series of software training workshops including:
  • Selling the CACFP and Other Mysteries
  • A Guided Tour of Minute Menu Systems: Your passport to success in the CACFP
  • Getting Started Sponsoring Centers with Minute Menu CX
  • Entering Reviews Using hx2go
  • hx2go Administration
  • Minute Menu CX: Entering enrollments and IEFs

Since 1977, the Child Care Food Program Roundtable has been an influential part of the national Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP). The annual CCFP Roundtable Conference is a chance to network with and learn from colleagues, and to support the work this organization does to help improve the CACFP for everyone involved. We hope to see you there!
