CX Release 10.27.0

The 10.27.0 release contains changes to the CX client, so you will need to update your software for all features to remain usable.  We encourage you to update to the latest version of the software so you always have access to the latest features and fixes.

There are 2 ways to update the CX software:  1) Log in to Minute Menu CX. go to Administration > Upgrade Software – go through the prompts and allow the upgrade to complete. Once the upgrade has completed, please log back into Minute Menu CX using your own login and password.  This takes just a few minutes.  2) Log out of CX, and go directly to the Update Link and click on the link in step 1.

2 Bug Fixes:

  • IL State Upload File had an issue that would break the upload when exporting.  This has been fixed
  • Menu Production Record was not calculating Staff attendance correctly.  It now operates correctly using Policy L3C.

4 Feature updates:

  • Center Menu Calendar; added the ability to print separate Infant and non-infant calendars.
  • Added Center name auto population on the TN IEF form
  • Upgrade to the new Milk Audit Report that adds the daily percentage to the export

Minute Menu Travels to Tennessee in August

Members of the Minute Menu team are heading to Tennessee! On Saturday, August 22, experts from the Minute Menu team will be spending their day in Memphis attending Karamu’s 2015 Childcare Provider Conference. In addition, they will be providing two training workshops focused on online claiming, Empower Your Center with Minute Menu CX and getting Started with WebKids.

The Karamu Nutrition Program is non-profit food program sponsors in Tennessee. The program’s focus is to help childcare centers and home care providers in Tennessee serve healthy meals to the children in their care.

  • HX Implementation Specialist, Lori Johnson

Cindy and Lori both come from Minute Menu team with extensive backgrounds in child care services and are experts in our online programs for sponsors, centers and home care providers.

WebKids is compatible with Windows 10

WebKids is definitely compatible with Windows 10, and these instructions detail how to access it in Internet Explorer 11.

To run Minute Menu WebKids in Windows 10, you’ll need to make sure you switch to Internet Explorer 11 browser instead of the Edge browser (which is the new default browser in Windows 10). Read more of this post

4 Bug Fixes:

  • Fixed a bug that did not allow multiple children to be activated at once.
  • Fixed a policy issue in Policy L3C.  This would not allow Center menus to be saved if L3C was set to N.
  • Track Received Claims had an issue fixed and is now showing date the claims were received correctly.
  • Fixed a bug in the Weekly Quantities Required report that gave an error message when the user selected “All Centers”

4 Feature updates:

  • Made a rounding change for the ADA/ADP for the state of MI to round up at the state summary level and not at the site level.
  • Created new State upload file for SFSP claims for the state of IL.
  • Updates to the State of ID combined Enrollment IEF form.
  • Upgrade to the new Milk Audit Export that adds the daily percentage to the export
