CX Release 11.5.0

The 11.5.0 release contains changes to the CX client, so you will need to update your software for all features to remain usable.  We encourage you to update to the latest version of the software so you always have access to the latest features and fixes.

There are 2 ways to update the CX software:  1) Log in to Minute Menu CX. go to Administration > Upgrade Software – go through the prompts and allow the upgrade to complete. Once the upgrade has completed, please log back into Minute Menu CX using your own login and password.  This takes just a few minutes.  2) Log out of CX, and go directly to the Update Link and click on the link in step 1.

7 Bugs Fixed:

  • Made a change that now shows centers with start dates in the future in the Manage Center Info screen
  • Fixed an error when adding a new review
  • ARAS Web feature had an error when printing some sign in sheets that has been fixed.
  • Child Roster (center version) – Added Pending children to roster
  • Center List Export had sometimes created duplicate centers.  This has been fixed.
  • Reviews:  fixed a bug in saving for new and existing reviews.
  • Center List Export:  Added all expiration dates to the export.

5 Feature updates:

  • Added a claim upload for MO
  • Add Review Type column to List Reviews screen
  • Added a Meal Count Export to the ARAS site.
  • Updated Enrollment form for CA
  • Updated IEF and Enrollment forms for MI

NOTE: In this release, we have changed the way our reports run to make them faster.  Because of this, everyone will need to update to the new version before they can run reports.  All over functions will work as expected.

Bugs Fixed:

  • Roster fix for enrolled children who were not appearing on the center version.
  • Milk Audit:  Fixed a bug that was excluding second serving amounts.
  • ARAS Claims:   Fixed the edit checks for capacity, attendance, and approved meals.
  • Made the classroom a required field for all active children.
  • UI changes for the ARAS web features to improve flow
  • ARAS:  Fixed a bug that was not selecting the center automatically when a user switched between CX and the Web feature.
  • SFSP:  Fixed the Summer Feeding export file to work for the coming Summer.
  • Fixed a but that was not allowing menu templates to be properly deleted
  • Messages: When trying to open a deleted message, there was an error that crashed the program.

  • Manage Center Information & Report: Extended the notes area and added extension to the phone number
  • Updated Enrollment form for Indiana
  • Separated 1 and 2 year old children on the Monthly Claimed Meal Counts Report

  • School calendar changed to allow At-Risk sites to change school start and end dates

  • Track Received Claims bug fixed that was not showing all claims.

  • Duplicate child numbers in Copy Child function removed.
  • Weekly Attendance and Meal Count report missing the classroom prompt.

  • Bug fixed that added “school out” flag to wrong children
  • Sponsor Review Summary Report bug fixed in days of the week.
  • Child Info Report was not printing for just a few centers.  This is fixed.

3 Feature updates:

  • Added an export function for centers on the Expired Enrollments Report and the Non-Profit Status Report
  • Updated the menus and filed names on Manage Staff Permissions for ease of use

CX Release 11.0.1

The 11.0.1 release DOES NOT contain changes to the CX client, so there is no new version to download.  All of these changes are seamless.

This release is a hot fix release to fix a series of bugs in the At Risk license processing that was not showing totals on the OER.

CX Release 11.0.0 (Required upgrade)

The 11.0.0 is an upgrade release that will REQUIRE that all users upgrade their version before using the software.  Users will be prompted when they open the software to upgrade.

This release contains the new features that allow centers to add new center staff and set permissions for those staff members.  Centers users will have the same interface for adding users and editing permissions that sponsor users have.  The sponsor has set the permissions for the center administrator, and that administrator can add other users (if the permissions allow) and add user based permissions up to the level that the administrator has but not more.

  • Fixed a bug in school calendar to allow ARAS sites to claim in partial month of August.
  • Fixed the 25% calculation on the Claim Roster to match the OER
  • Fixed the Claim Roster to properly handle re-enrolled children.
  • Fixed an auto populate bug in the Indiana Enrollment From
  • Fixed a bug in the Center Roster for Historic Data.  The roster was showing children who were withdrawn in the previous month.

  • IL State Upload File had an issue that would break the upload when exporting.  This has been fixed
  • Menu Production Record was not calculating Staff attendance correctly.  It now operates correctly using Policy L3C.
